ProTrust is an objective measure for the trustworthiness of a ProCompare member as an IT expert.
How is ProTrust calculated?
The ProCompare engine automatically calculates each member's ProTrust by looking at the following factors:
- # of Product Reviews Submitted
- Members Feedback
- Pro Certification Level
- Membership Length
How can I improve my ProTrust?
You can improve your ProTrust by taking the following actions:
- Submit additional Product Reviews
- Improve/update your posted Product Reviews
- Update your profile with recent certifications
- Ask your clients and partner to provide feedback on your Reviews

What is Members Feedback?
Members may provide feedback on Product Reviews. They may select whether they found the Review trustworthy or not.
How Members Feedback is calculated?
A positive rating adds one point to the Members Feedback score.
A neutral rating has no impact on the Members Feedback score.
A negative rating subtracts one point from the Members Feedback score.

Pro Compare is taking extra effort to ensure that Experts are indeed qualified. Pro Certification Level is our measure
for the Expert’s qualification. It is based on the member’s official certifications by credible organizations and the
professional judgment of the ProCompare Certification Manager.
