How is ProTrust™ calculated?
The ProCompare engine automatically calculates each member's ProTrust™, taking the following factors into account:
- # of Product Reviews Submitted to date
- Accumulated Users’ Feedback
- Pro Certification Level
- Time with ProCompare
How can I raise my ProTrust™ score?
You can improve your ProTrust™ score by taking the following actions:
- Submit more Product Reviews and Ratings
- Update your posted Product Reviews and Ratings
- Update your profile with recent certifications
- Remind your clients and partners to rate your services and expertise

What is Review Feedback?
Review Feedback is commentary and ratings left by ProCompare members in response to an expert’s
review. This feedback is a valuable indicator of your reputation as an Expert on ProCompare. This
cumulative feedback is included, along with an overall ProTrust™ score, in your Profile.
How is Review Feedback calculated?
A positive rating adds one point to the Expert’s Cumulative Review Feedback score.
A neutral rating has no impact on the Expert’s Cumulative Review Feedback score.
A negative rating subtracts one point from the Expert’s Cumulative Review Feedback score.

What is an Expert’s Pro Certification Level?
ProCompare takes every measure to ensure that Experts are qualified. Pro Certification Level is our
evaluation of an Expert’s qualifications. It is based on the member’s official certifications by
credible organizations as well as the professional judgment of the ProCompare Certification Board.
